The Movement

The unit is the club.

A club is small enough to belong to and serious enough to change you.

ARISE is not a website you sign up for and forget. It is a living thing built from clubs — a body of committed young people in a college, meeting every week, under a written constitution, guided by two mentors, learning together and serving together.

01The club

Not an app. A living body.

You do not join ARISE the way you join a mailing list. You join a room of people who show up for one another — week after week, in the open, by name. That is what makes it real, and that is what makes it change you.

1A weekly meetingA body that gathers, not an account you log into.
2A written constitutionRules everyone can read; leadership earned in the open.
3Two mentorsGuides who hold the club to its purpose.
4Learn and serve togetherFormation and service, kept in balance.
02A path for a whole life

Wherever you are in life, there is a club for you.

ARISE is built to hold you at every age — three tiers that carry a person from the first stirrings of curiosity to a lifetime of responsibility.

Nurture

The school years

Where it begins. Children and young teenagers are nurtured in curiosity, character, confidence, and the simple habit of service — long before the world tells them who they are allowed to become.

Empowerment The heart today

The college years (18–30)

This is where a young adult is formed into a capable, grounded leader — learning across the five dimensions, serving their community, running their club, and earning the opportunities that follow. If you are in college, this is your door.

Leadership

Beyond

You are not finished when you graduate; you graduate into responsibility. Alumni become advisers, mentors, trainers and builders — carrying their own formation to the next person, and the next.

03Parallel clubs

The same formation, for those already at work.

Alongside the age-based tiers run two specialised clubs for people whose calling is already underway. The principle does not change — Vyaktinirmaan se Rashtranirmaan, the nation is rebuilt by rebuilding its people — and neither does the method: Learn · Serve · Earn, with Boosters and Stars tasks. Only the challenges are shaped to the life you already lead. Anyone who wants to grow and give is welcome.

Corporate Clubs

For working professionals

For anyone in a corporate role. You grow as a person while lending your knowledge, skills and network to build better systems and processes for the Rebuild India ecosystem. The Boosters and Stars differ from a student’s — they draw on your professional capability — but the ladder of Learn, Serve and Earn is the same.

RITE Clubs

For teachers — Rebuild India Teaching Excellence

Exclusively for teachers of every kind of institution — primary, secondary or degree. A movement that honours and develops you: training, a network of fellow teachers, continuous personal and professional growth, fair paths to respectful and rewarding work in partner institutions, and a hand in the Rebuild India content universe. Learn, Serve, Boosters and Stars turn on teaching excellence.

04Leadership

A pipeline, not a prize.

In an ARISE club, leadership is not handed out — it is grown. Entry to the club board belongs to the first year of college alone. You are elected as a first-year, you serve as a second-year, you advise as a third-year, and you mentor those who come after.

1st yearElected to the board — the only entry point
2nd yearServing board — holds office
3rd yearAdvisory corps
4th year +Trainers & mentors
No one arrives at the top; everyone climbs, in the open, by doing the work.
05The record

The Ladder of Human Transformation.

Every task done, every hour served, every level climbed is logged as it happens — an earned, un-fakeable record of who you became. Twelve levels, in four phases, from the first step to a life that lights the way for others. Each level is earned in the open, and each is sustained — never bought, never gifted.

Learning PointsValidated hours of learning across the five dimensions of a person and the four competencies of a builder. Sādhana — excellence.
Service PointsValidated hours of real service, in every mode — planning, doing, training, leading. Sevā — service.
BoostersMultipliers earned by your club’s health and your early start — because no one rises alone. Samarpaṇa — devotion.
StarsEarned by mobilising people and resources for the mission — leadership and enterprise, proven. Rāshtrabhakti — devotion to the nation.

Learning and service are held in balance — neither may outrun the other by more than two to one — and together they become your Personal Excellence Points, the measure that lifts you level by level. One point is one validated hour; the summit is ten thousand.

06The honours

Honours that must be earned.

Alongside the Ladder runs a system of honours — each with a Sanskrit name and a plain meaning, most held in three grades: Tāmra (bronze), Rajata (silver) and Suvarṇa (gold). None can be bought, and none is given twice.

Pratijñā PinThe Pledge Pin · the beginning

Conferred at induction, when you pass the Gate and take the Associate’s Pledge before your club. Every journey on the Ladder begins here.

Jñāna JyotiThe Lamp of Knowledge

For depth and breadth of learning — gold demands all five dimensions of the person and all four competencies of a builder.

TāmraRajataSuvarṇa
Sevā JyotiThe Lamp of Service

For sustained, validated service — higher grades ask for many modes of service, including direct care for the elderly, the weak and the helpless.

TāmraRajataSuvarṇa
Udyama JyotiThe Lamp of Enterprise

The honour the five Stars carry — mobilising people and resources for the mission, graded star by star.

Samarpaṇa HonourThe honour of devotion

For unbroken, year-upon-year commitment — a streak of excellent annual reviews that only constancy can build.

Tyāga HonourThe honour of sacrifice

Conferred by nomination alone, for acts of real sacrifice — deliberately rare, and never reduced to a points threshold.

Ācārya CitationThe honour of the mentor

For senior associates who lift others — graded by how many people you have helped rise a whole phase of the Ladder.

Pioneer Charter CitationOne time in history

For the founding cohort — the clubs and associates chartered at the first Charter Convocation. It will never be conferred again.

Rāṣṭra NirmātāNation-Builder · the apex honour

The rarest recognition ARISE confers — reserved for those who reach Beacon with the lamps of knowledge and service, a Star, and years of proven devotion. Conferred at a national ceremony.

Honours are conferred at the year-end Annual Recognition Ceremony — publicly, by name, before the movement.

07The ARISE year

Three beats, four gatherings.

The ARISE year has a rhythm. It turns on four national gatherings, and it opens with the greatest of them — the Charter Convocation, where new clubs are chartered before the public.
